Bug in module edit_save_button

The module is working quite ok for simple cases, but for example, if you will into the Inventory, WH/IN, and will try to add a line in operations:

You will see that option 'Add a line' is missing, no matter if you are in EDIT or not EDIT mode.

Has this issue been resolved? I have downloaded the latest version v.16.0.1.0.2 still facing this issue
