Changes from 16.0 to 17.0 includes:

Changed version from 16.0.1.0.0 to 17.0.1.0.0
Replaced attrs attribute of GOSI Information page element with invisible (v17 Fix)
Changed Payslip form view reference from hr_payroll_community.view_hr_payslip_form to hr_payroll_community.hr_payslip_view_form to support hr_payroll_community v17 module.
