Not able install openhrms in ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, and not able to add modules to windows #114

Trying to install openhrms in ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 but lot of dependencies are missing , on windows installation as soon as the modules are added on addon folder , the application crashes
