A user cannot be linked to multiple employees in the same company

Findings

• The employee creation from the user module creates an employee automatically; when trying to save the employee converted from the employee; an error pops up.
• The employee creation from the user module is a dependent module of the Core, it gets installed automatically.
• There is no way to disable employee creation from the user module.

These are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Creating a new employee through the recruitment process; click on Create employee button.
2. Go to the employee profile > HR settings tab > Related user.
3. Enter a new user name.
4. Click on Save.
5. The error "A user cannot be linked to multiple employees in the same company" pops up.
