some examples have disconnected patch cords and errors #2

Some that I was able to repro in: sbb.osc.analog sbb.osc.granular sbb.util.xfade

These errors only happen in 0.16.0/0.16.1 packages and do not seem to be an issue when using 0.17.0-dev builds. The patches that are erroring have likely been edited in 0.17.0.
