The basics can remain, but we could zap some of the repository-specific stuff, esp. in the readme, maybe even dynamically swapping in more relevant bits.

This work has to be essentially duplicated, which is a bummer:

[x] the ruby script for the pro workflow
[x] the min.project object for the pm workflow
