"offset" message to fpic doesn't work #133

Scrolling the content of fpic is not supported in MiraWeb (haven't tested with the Mira app). This is definitely a nice-to-have.

I just ran a test and it appears that scrolling via the Inspector does in fact work. However, using the patch that @computermusik provided I can reproduce that changing the offset position via the offset message does not update the position on the client. @starakaj possible that the "change" notification from Max is not triggered accordingly?

Would require a change to fpic—not a huge change, it just needs to touch the attribute after it's changed this way, which it isn't.
