Initial MonoRepo work #152

Some initial work for a cleaner, more refined monorepo approach. There is more (joined babelrc etc etc) but this should be a good beginning and also get us around the hassle we were seeing with lerna.

@benbrackenc74 wanna take a first swirl? Either clean up entirely before pulling the branch or checkout fresh to jump on the yarn wagon. I also started initial work for publishing but given that the creds are in ur hands we might have to sightly extend the script.

There was a typo which I fixed, everything else works well, and we can iron out the misc errors later.
