miraweb: fpic: transparency not working

Describe the bug In MiraWeb, the 'transparency' attribute to 'fpic' is ignored.

Expected behavior transparency changes should show up on MiraWeb interface.

To Reproduce

• create an fpic on top of a miraframe
• load an image (png tested)
• change the transparency of the image in real time
• no transparency displays on MiraWeb interface

Additional context not tested on Mira App, sorry

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Operation System: Windows 10
• Max Version: Max 8.0.8

Smartthing (please complete the following information):

• Device: iPad6
• OS: iOS 13.1.2
• Browser: Safari
