Update location of GitLab taxonomy #60

The location for the GitLab taxonomy has been moved to the official GitLab documentation: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/sec/cyclonedx_property_taxonomy.html.

The current location is being updated to refer to the new location above: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/gitlab-cyclonedx-property-taxonomy/-/merge_requests/3

This PR adds the new location here as well.
