Request for new top-level namespace registration 'accellence' #88

Dear all,

in my role as Technical Manager at Accellence Technologies I would like to register a new top level namespace for our company.

Our software products are widely used as OEM components in industrial solutions, where we need to produce and/or consume CycloneDx SBOMs. To keep tracking through out the hole software distribution process and to fulfill the requirements by our customers, we are using several custom properties

Our taxonomy is public available. PR is up to opened.
