technical background: the HTML is to produce intended page breaks when rendering MD to HTML. the \something is actually LaTeX to produce intended page breaks when rendering to PDF and other formats.

@s0foo even though this issue was closed, please let us know what your intention was, so we could learn about possible feature lacks we might have :D
