Config option to limit range of Audio Writer #1080

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWdDBd6OBC0 Using the most recent version a player has created a dimension wide rick roll. I feel like there should be a limit to the Audio Writer.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Place Audio Writer
  2. Turn up range to max

Expected behaviour:

Not to blast the whole dimension with sound

So this would be a feature request to set a max range value within the config.
