Variable Card disappearing after removal from Exporter / Importer #184

Closed rk-exxec closed 4 years ago

rk-exxec commented 4 years ago

Issue type:

Short description:

After moving a programmed variable card from its slot in an importer/exporter it disappears when the GUI is closed. Playing on a server.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Does not happen all the time. Mostly after launching a completely fresh instance of minecraft. (And joining a server as first player)

  1. Start SkyFactory 4.1.0 Modpack and join a server
  2. Program a variable card for an item of your choice
  3. Insert into an exporter or importer (item/fluid)
  4. Close GUI
  5. Reopen GUI, move variable card to any other slot in your inventory or the exporter/importer
  6. Close GUI, Reopen, card is gone

Expected behaviour:

I should be able to take the card out of the interface and put it in my inventory without it disappearing.

Does this occur with just ID/IT installed? If not, this may be caused by some other mod in your pack.

rk-exxec commented 4 years ago

No, it happened while playing SkyFactory4 with all mods enabled. I don't know what causes this, but no other items disappeared, so it should be something to do with this mod? It happened in two sessions and since then I could not reproduce the bug.

Not necessarily. Literally any other mod in your pack could be causing this.

It happened in two sessions and since then I could not reproduce the bug.

This also makes me suspect that another mod in your pack is doing something funky.

I'm putting this on hold until someone is able to reproduce this issue with just ID/IT installed.
