Prevents players from opening inventory after being downed. #10

Players can use the teleport button (Waystones) in inventory after being downed.

Now that one is a bit of a problem. Only real way to fix this is by adding a config that allows you to disable access to the inventory. Other than that, you would either have to disable the use of that feature or allow them to teleport with it.

I'm pretty sure I fixed this, just forgot to close it.
