Reverts Cyfrin/aderyn-vscode#10
Instead of a sidebar for configuring the aderyn run, we will use a config file (currently, aderyn supports aderyn.toml, so we'll start with this).

We'll also add the logo to the bottom status bar button and be able to create and/or open aderyn.toml using a command in the palette.
