Failed to install `aderyn` #28

Additional Context

  1. cargo uninstall aderyn.
  2. Run Aderyn button in the bottom right.
  3. Install Aderyn blue button

Also, the logs are empty. I only see Aderyn Output Channel Initialized

Did you resolve this @TilakMaddy ? I'm going to add some more error feedback today.

I tried this flow on a windows machine and got the same issue.

I then installed aderyn manually from a bash shell.

Then tried running again and got the issue #30 .

I noticed that running aderyn --version in a bash shell within VSCode worked, but in a powershell and cmd, it did not.
