In lesson 9, implementing Chainlink VRF:

Added link for the chainlink docs Added link for the the chainlink faucet Added bash cmd to easily copy and install the brownie smart contracts package

For some reason all other early commits which have been already merged here show, probably because I haven't opened a branch for them to begin with.

To only change here, as written at the top and seen in the file changes, is lesson 9 links and bash command.
