Chainlink-brownie-contract is not maintained anymore, should switch to foundry-starter-kit #2174

Describe the enhancement

As the brownie contracts repo is not maintained anymore, So the bownie contracts command 

forge install https://github.com/smartcontractkit/chainlink-brownie-contracts

should be replaced by forge startker kit as follows

git clone https://github.com/smartcontractkit/foundry-starter-kit

It covers all the brownie contract stuff and more.
