Camera Controls

Design an RTS style camera that can move around. Should probably be aware of the heightmap (see #1)

• [x] Add moving the camera
• [x] Add camera movement locking
• [x] Add zooming in/out
  • [x] Scroll wheel
• [ ] Middle click to drag
• [ ] Add ability to change angle (middle mouse button?)
  • [ ] Rotate left/right (spin around point)
  • [ ] Look up/down
  • [ ] Reset angle?
• [ ] Make camera "hover" over ground (can't clip through terrain)
  • Probably will need to wait for landscape rendering
• [ ] Focus on specific object
  • Probably need to wait on mouse picking from #3
  • [ ] Snap to target
  • [ ] Follow target
  • [ ] Make angle rotation spin about object
• [ ] Interpolate camera motion
  • [ ] Interpolate snapping
  • [ ] Interpolate hovering (dampened spring)
