sync commands from players to the server, move units on server, sync movement to clients.

Copied description from #3: Have a single units which moves across the map (straight lines, no pathfinding).

[ ] Basic input handling (figure out what's under the mouse)
[ ] Simple commands (right click -> move)
[ ] Turn to face heading
[ ] Move along path
