Please review the GD1 to GD7 in 4.4.3 General Definitions section of the SRS, how effective do you think these equations and descriptions are in clearly refining TM2? Why is $V'$ in miles/h and $V_{speed}$ in km/h, do we need to do a unit conversion in the calculation?

This question refers to 4.2.2, right? GD1 to GD7 are very clear. In TM2, I'm not sure what WD refers to? Is it h_film or h_app? The units of V' and V_speed exactly follow the source paper. We need to do unit conversion in the calculation.

@Mingsai666 The WD in TM2 is from Flintsch, G. W., Tang, L., Katicha, S. W., de Leon Izeppi, E., Viner, H., Dunford, A., ... Gibbons, R. B. (2014). Splash and spray assessment tool development program. Washington, D.C.: Federal Highway Administration. section 8.2, I was trying to look at where the equation for mass flow rate comes from and find this one, is it correct?
