apt is'nt working #1426

Describe the bug

i cant install anything in using apt i first tryed to install python,then command-not-found but everything returned same error

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1.i installed debian in vnc 2.then i tryed to install python using apt inside there.did'nt work 3.then i tryed to install command-not-found 4.then i tryed to install idle app in apps drawer using ssh 5.it also returned the same error

This is photo are when tryed to indtall idle app idon't know the version of userland but that is latest from playstore Divice's name is discovery(this is a tablet) ,i dont know the model.i don't know what is linageOS.this is all i know
