Bug report - i can't install PyLaTeX #1962

Describe the bug

I can't install PyLaTeX

it fails with {Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/pip-modern-metadata-njri0szy/PyLaTeX.dist-info'"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install ubuntu 22.04

  2. run sudo apt update

  3. run sudo apt upgrade

  4. run sudo apt install python3-pip

  5. run pip install PyLaTeX

Device Information

Device: Redmi 10C MIUI Version:MIUI Global 14.0.6 Android Version: 13 TKQ1.221114.001 UserLAnd Version 24.04.03 not rooted Not running Lineage OS

Please add any other context you think might help us resolve your issue.

We also need to do something with spammers.

Same happens when i run pip install psutil>=5.9.5

I have noticed that file owner is set to "jelte" in PyLaTeX-1.4.2.tar\PyLaTeX-1.4.2\ image
