Fanning animation

Tarot cards will be fanned out with animation.

Things to note

Use translate() in CSS to position the cards
Use rotate to rotate cards
Dynamically calculate the translate value for CSS
Use Unordered list to hold all the cards

Card fan is done. Animation will be pushed to phase 2 of release. This is done in a6ece2ce2ec57832b3617aa5c5e0a550b5b385af
