upgrade jane theme #4

I don't like current version of Jane because

  1. It doesn't have table of contents on a mobile site
  2. https://github.com/xianmin/hugo-theme-jane/issues/350
  3. https://github.com/xianmin/hugo-theme-jane/issues/343

I decided to stick with https://github.com/xianmin/hugo-theme-jane/tree/ef8a12657b0700f9acd693894597d50746365ed8 . I improved it with these changes.
