Remove MagicOnion.Server.OpenTelemetry #692

This PR removes MagicOnion.Server.OpenTelemetry project.

We have decided to remove this project at this point. This decision has been made due to issues with code maintenance and considerations for the Metrics API in .NET 8.

There is a possibility that we may offer similar functionality in the future, but we have decided to remove it for now.
