Whether it supports cross-language and cross-platform work？ #805

For each sample,

cross-language： the server is written in C# and the clients are written in other different languages: C#, NodeJS (JavaScript) and in Python etc.

cross-platform： The server runs on a MacOS and the client runs on Windows，Even runs on mobile phones
