Copy-paste an annotation to another image will paste the annotation in the center of the image #4

Copying an annotation to an image and pasting it to another image, will paste the annotation in the center of the other image.

In the case where the two image are similar, e.g. one in RGB and one in grayscale, the user wants to have the same annotation on the two images.

Currently, the user has to move and possibly resize the pasted annotation.

To fix by make the paste on the current field of view if the images are not of the same size. If the resolution of the two images is known, automatically rescale the pasted annotation.
