To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Obtain quest
  2. Kill Captain Emmy Malin

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The Captain (NPCID: 26762) is supposed to have a 100% Drop Chance of the Quest Item: https://www.wowhead.com/item=36751/ley-line-focus-control-ring

I confirmed it doesn't drop at all.
