Location and mapping of Af50 Dan #308

I was wondering about the specific source that was used to get the coordinates for Dan (af50) from the Ethnographic Atlas. The current value for longitude is 8, but I think it may need to be -8. Currently, DPLACE shows Dan in Nigeria (with longitude = 8), but they should be in Ivory Coast/Liberia (longitude = -8).

Updated glottocode mapping to Dan language (rather than dialect) and updated the location in https://github.com/D-PLACE/dplace-data/commit/9020b24a99520ad2b28ee82ec2609aa1b0077f6c
