more precise matching #317

I had a look at the language-table over at lexibank/abvd and I noticed that there are 6 languages where the current abvd language table includes a more precise dialect matching than the taxa table does over here for the 2009-tree.

I guess it's not a big deal, but I thought I'd log it somewhere. If people don't aggregate dialects to languages and combine different things maybe they'll get a mismatch.
