Wrong unit of measure for Binford's Anthropometry > Heights B039 B040 #315

The values like "1347.0 - 1410.6 cm" don't make sense. Maybe mm is correct(?) ;)

Revised Codebooks and "VariableList" files sent. Should allow issue to be closed. Thanks for catching.
