python and gdal versions please #15

Can you please add expected python version and gdal version to documentation. I'm struggling with installation, and I believe knowing these two versions will help

pydplace can work with several python or GDAL versions. But fwiw here's my versions: Python 3.10, GDAL 3.4.1, released 2021/12/27.

Thank you very much! I'll try that tomorrow. Installing gdal I'm afraid is a bit of a slog, pointers to specific versions should help.
