Issue

There should be the initial Unity project files that should likely be blank.
This is a Virtual Reality Project. There should be documentation on the setup of the project to contribute to the project.

Solution

Implement and setup all Project settings within the Unity Project.
Create documentation on setup and what versions/software/etc.

We need to figure out what version of Unity we want, I just put the latest stable Editor of Unity for now.

So adding on, we need to investigate what the best version if for VR development, 2021 has been used before and it seems fine. Probably just double check 2022.3.X?
