What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.running cbloader as intended...
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to see modifications to the character builder, I instead see
an unmodified builder.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 1.3 builder, on operating system windows 7.
Please provide any additional information below.
So when I run CBloader it merges files and everything, and then it loads just
fine (no errors or anything) , but no modifications load at all. Everything is
run from programfiles(x86)/wizards of the coast/characterbuilder. I have tried
uninstalling reinstalling and pretty much everything else I can think of.
