What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installing the software
2.copying it to a pendrive and creating/forcing a new keyfile
3.using on a new computer withpout appdata input

Please add another command or code to create a local file storage i.e in the
binary files possibliy with -p code to trigger this, it will be very useful for
me (a college student) to be able to access character builder while AT my club
instead of home
