What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Command Prompt in Administrator Mode Windows 7x64
2. Change directory to Character Builder directory
3. Run Cbloader.exe
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect cbloader to work and download updates
instead I get

Applying new elements
ERROR:
Inner Exception: There is an unclosed literal string. Line 51861, position 37
Errors Encountered While Loading. Would you like to open the log file? (y/n)
Opening the log returns this
