What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run CBLoader.exe
2. ????
3.Error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No clue, I'm new to this...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0

Still awaiting for an answer. I've tried everything I can think of including 
reinstalling LCB and CBL, rewriting the parts and even deleting the parts 
altogether but to no avail. Please help me! I have yet to see anyone else with 
this issue.
