I integrated Milvus Vector Database into the project Both unit and integration test passed

hi @zmccormick7 , I will take over Jacksonxhx's work and continue to contribute. I have updated this PR with:

merge the latest main branch into this branch and solve conflicts, and sync recent functionalities in main branch, e.g. metadata query filtering
solve the problems you mentioned above
make pymilvus dependency lazy imported because there are some dependency conflict between pymilvus and current other dependencies.
