LAUNCHER: add acq2206 to models

Sorry Zack-Vii, two problems with this:

• lpsc-launcher was for a specific product, the best place would have been acq400_launcher but
• combo box was dropped, it's a simple edit box, although the RECOMMENDED practise is
• • one workspace per UUT
• -- set the UUT value with macro in the workspace. See README.
• users with many UUT's should consider using https://github.com/D-TACQ/ACQ400CSS/blob/master/scripts/make_new_workspace.sh to rapidly clone a workspace to use a different UUT
