May I add a comprehensive Hyperparameter Optimization survey paper to this awesome list, please? It is a very comprehensive survey paper about Hyperparameter Optimization of machine learning and deep learning algorithms. I've also added its Github code, which provides examples of hyperparameter tuning in deep learning. Thanks!
