No output for the SimVesselsProjs.exe

Hi,

The SimVesselsProjs.exe generates projection images from a 3D vascular volume.

To use: Run the following command: SimVesselProjs.exe InputPath OutputPath Nx Ny Nz dx dy dz Nu Nv Na (more information can be found in SimVessels/README.md: About SimVesselProjs.exe)

You may ensure that the InputPath to the 3D vascular volume file is correct and accessible.
