More recipes and some changes #2

Created recipes for other blocks and updated some of those nodes, where light is written in description but they have no light. Those which are made of metals but breakable by hand lol :P :) Changed only one thing in nodeboxes for ownership of the itemholder just like pedestal. And corrected some recipe collision as more blocks were made by adjusting other recipes a little :)

Don't merge it yet i am finding some trouble that has recently happened. will soon report

i have corrected the problem, i will close thing pull request and generate a new one . :) See for changes :)
