add pane variants of the octagon glass nodes (single, double and offset) #41

This PR adds 3 pane variants for the 4 octagon and the dark glass:

The offset variant is pretty handy in combination with the moreblocks slopes:

They can be placed before the slope and appear visually in the slope itself.

Node- and selectionboxes as well as the original idea is from v-rob's glass_stained mod: https://github.com/v-rob/glass_stained
