add animated lightbar #50

This PR adds an animated version of the green light bar, useful for decorations of moving things (conveyor belt for example).

That's pretty cool. Could even do it with a white pulse running through the bar, with the metal outside in place.

sounds even better, i'm not that good with graphical stuff (thats why i re-used yours :yum:) i see what i can do :+1:
