Issue

是否可以在主题渲染之后再进行文档加密

Expected Behavior

主题有根据markdown中的标签生成目录的功能，如果在主题渲染之前加密，生成目录的功能会失效

Actual Behavior

无法生成加密的markdown文件目录

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

是一个新的feature，不知道能否实现

好像没认真看readme，没有这个问题了
