issue when using plot_inputs #270

As seen in the attached picture. I suddenly encountered this issue today. I could use plot_inputs without any problem before. I have confirmed that the path/directory is correct, and the input file "95228_inputs.dat" is in the folder.

is the 95228_geometry.h5 is the folder?
