Orbit WF implementation

This is not an issue for describing an error to be fixed! This is created in order to detail the work which will be done in the new branch to implement INPA orbit WF so all the commits associated with it appears here and are easy to track

General description of the objective

• Obtain orbit WF for the INPA
• Obtain WF in terms of RzEpitch as described in J.Rueda-Rueda et al PPCF 2024

ToDo list (will be increasing along the way)

• [x] Add the gyro center position to the output file NPA file, now, only the real bird position of the CX neutral is stored for NPA particles, but if we want a R,Z WF to invert and compare with TRANSP, the gyro center coordinate is needed. The problem does not 'average out' as (i)NPA does not see the $2\pi$ gyro phase range. Yes, can be calculated via post processing, but is easier to save it, and would be just few Mb more

Please note that the OWCF and FILDSIM codes are needed for the actual calculation. Which is based on the FIDASIM output
