Need different lens location for 330 tangential views

Could you change the names of get_oblique_geom and oblique_geo_from_patch to get_fida_geom and fida_geo_from_patch. Since there are two different geometries for the FIDA chords it would be clearer.

Right now the patch files are combining two different systems so if i specify say the "tangential" system I also get incorrect fibers from the Oblique system. After APS we need to discuss how to fix this issue.
